Have you ever taken a step back and looked at your life? I mean a real purposeful attempt at seeing how satisfied you are in life. This is something that is so important, yet until recently I didn’t see it that way.
Call it reflection, meditation, life inventory, or an assessment; regardless of what you call it, time spent reflecting on your life is immensely important. We go through life too fast and at times find ourselves pursuing the same things and doing the same things and hoping for things to change with little satisfaction or growth.
I don’t think this has to be the norm. In fact, I wrote the book, LifeMap – Building A Future When You Are Lost In The Present to help myself and others understand how to get out of that pattern of life. Sure, it may not be easy to get out of the pattern, but the simple step of answering the question of Where am I? can be life changing and will start you on the right path.
With this in mind, I decided to write a simple Where Am I Assessment. This is a great tool to help you understand where you are in life right now. It’s an honest look at 7 Critical Areas of your life and it will help you determine what next steps you can take.
Clarity and Direction
This was a labor of love for me. It took me several months to come up with the questions that I thought touched on the important pieces of each of these areas in our lives. I found doing the research and asking the questions of myself to be a really encouraging process. Even when I discovered there were certain areas of my life where I wasn’t as satisfied as I wanted to be, I found having this knowledge brought new clarity and direction to my life.
I think the beauty of any assessment we take is that for it to truly work, we must be completely honest with ourselves. This assessment is no different.
The assessment takes about 5 Minutes to complete, with several questions in each of the 7 Critical Areas of life. You will receive an email with your results immediately after you complete the assessment. While the results are helpful and informative, on their own they aren’t enough. After completing the assessment and reviewing your results, you can then move on to the follow-up page for further direction as to what to do next. What actions are you going to take now that you know your results? Click the button below to get started! Please note: Assessment information and email information will never be shared.
